Wootwoot! Finally after a year of wait, I got my driver's license. But to tell you honestly, it wasn't that easy and oh boy, I have to say you'll have to wait for more than 8 hours or more JUST TO GET IT.
What a long day, we were there in the LTO office from 8 am - 5 pm (actually it's 8am - 6.) We chose the LTO branch in Carcar since we THOUGHT it would be that quick but we were DEFINITELY wrong about it. Me and my big sister ended up having high blood pressure afterward. It was definitely worth it cause right after I held the license, I can already smell the scent of LAAG! lol!
